CSA Terms & Conditions
Payments: We use a web-based software program called Farmigo to help manage the financial interactions between our customers and our farm. Crooked Fence Farm CSA members have online access to their own accounts. We accept payment via credit card and check. You can pay for your share in a lump sum, or in 3 installments for a full share and 2 installments for a ½ share.
Missed pick-up: We know that life can be hectic at times, and there may be a day during the season where you might miss a share pickup. CSA membership allows for Two (2) missed shares without prior notification. After 2 misses, you will be charged a no-show penalty for the value of that week’s share.
When can members add items to their orders?
CSA additions, extra produce, and livestock products (meat, yarn, etc.) will be available throughout the season. Inventory will be posted on the Farmigo portal Monday mornings by 11AM, and orders must be confirmed by 11PM Tuesday evenings.
When can members change their delivery location?
CSA members can change their delivery location through their Farmigo login up to Two (2) times per season.
When can members put their account on hold?
If taking a vacation, members can arrange to have their share picked up by a friend or put on hold for 1 week. This can be arranged Two (2) times per season. When you put your account on hold we will contact you to schedule your double box delivery. This is managed through your Farmigo login.
Pickup Information
Please carefully note the location and hours for your selected pickup spot. We are not able to guarantee that your share will be available outside of the listed pickup window. Please also make sure to take the share with your name on it. Finally, please return your empty tote bag each week so we can reuse them - we only have a limited supply!
Refunds
Refunds can be issued for 75% of remaining weeks until Week 6 (June 25th), 2020. No refunds will we issued after Week 6. No refunds are issued for boxed already received.
